Veronika Seifert

Veronika Seifert is a sculptural painter working in oil. Her practice circles around the fragility of the human condition, focusing on inner landscapes as abstractions and metaphors for emotion.

Seifert locates her work in the natural landscape before relocating to the studio, where an inner landscape emerges. From here, emotional fiction and reality blend to weave an alternative world.

Seifert has a BA in Scenography and an MA in Fine Art. She worked as a set designer for theatre and film before fully dedicating her time to painting.

Seifert's work will be included in WITH EACH LOOK, Lower Slopes’ inaugural exhibition, in Islington, 23 October–1 November 2026. Her solo exhibition will take place at the Highgate gallery in July 2027.
