Monique Resnick

Monique Resnick is a Toronto-based artist with a BA in Art History from McGill University and a BFA in Drawing and Painting from OCAD U.

She is drawn to embroidery as a medium for communicating messages and creating playful works that function as both art and objects.

Resnick has participated in a number of juried shows throughout Ontario including The Carmichael Canadian Landscape Exhibition, Baycrest’s The Brain Project and The Artist’s Project Untapped, which featured promising emerging artists.

Resnick’s work will be included in WITH EACH LOOK, Lower Slopes’ inaugural exhibition, in Islington, 23 October–1 November 2026.
