Lloyd Bishop

Lloyd Bishop is a New York-based photographer whose practice spans documentary, portrait and behind-the-scenes photography.

He has photographed an extensive list of public and cultural figures while shooting for NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show, and Saturday Night Live, and spent time on tour with Sir Paul McCartney. He is currently Show Photographer for Late Night with Seth Meyers and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

Away from the day job, Bishop has a passion for street photography and takes a voyeuristic delight in capturing unguarded moments.

Originally from Glasgow, he moved to New York in 2005 after earning his BA (Hons) in Documentary & Fine Art Photography from Liverpool John Moores University.

Bishop’s work will be included in WITH EACH LOOK, Lower Slopes’ inaugural exhibition, in Islington, 23 October–1 November 2026. His solo exhibition will take place at the Highgate gallery in November 2027.
